Simple Low Calorie Menu
As Utilized for Weight Loss in the 5 Mt System of Miryai

The following diet is simple, does not include a huge variety of foods, or the preferred foods for certain cuisines, yet provides a simple framework for rotating thru various foods over a five day period so that there is a break from eating from only one botanical Order. This may be a good starting point for someone new to this type of eating, or for someone wanting to eat a low calorie diet along the lines of the starch solution, but it is not a good long term plan for a normal weight individual who wants a full range of micronutriets and adequate calories, but it does have adequate omega 3 to omega 6 oil ratios and 214mg excess lysine over arginine unlike most diets. (Note: One cannot simply double the amount of calories because the quantity of a meal size quickly makes this impractical.) 

When more calories are needed or desired another menu plan is better such as the 5 listed below which are a higher calorie but more complicated.  (To design ones own low calorie diet, select one pound of foods per day from each of the five food groups, and use these to create the daily menu.
